4. AI-Generated Content

Content you generate using our AI tools (e.g. images) is created using third-party AI technology. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and use of generated content comply with law and these terms. We do not claim ownership of content you generate, but we may need to process and transmit it to our providers to deliver the Service. Do not use generated content in ways that infringe others' rights.

AiPLAY's name, logo, and the design of the Service are our intellectual property. You may not copy or use them without our prior written permission. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights in our trademarks or technology.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our Disclaimer applies.
